Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

What shipping costs

Nothing extra. Every box price includes shipping — the price you see is the price you pay.

When your box ships

Boxes are packed by hand in small batches in southeastern Massachusetts and typically ship within 2–4 business days of your order. Once your box ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Transit usually takes 2–5 business days depending on distance.

Sending it as a gift

Ship it straight to the recipient — that is the whole idea. Nothing inside the box shows a price, and your gift note is tucked in on top.

Damaged in transit?

We pack carefully, but carriers happen. See our refunds & replacements policy — a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery gets you a replacement or refund.
